China breaks rule on one Child Policy

China has decided to ease its family planning restriction. It now allows couples to have two children
after decades of a strict one child policy. The aim is to alleviate demographic strains on the economy says the ruling communist party.
China will fully implement a policy of allowing each couple to have two children as an active response to an aging population, the party said in a statement carried by the official Xinhua news agency.
There were no immediate policy or a time frame for implementation. While the party is relaxing its hold on the one child policy rule some couples on the other hand are not too enthusiastic about the new development saying its too little too late, many say they probably won't opt for another child citing the high cost of bringing up children  in an increasingly expensive country. (But sure this is good news to those who love children!).
I feel this is just wrong. Anyways, using birth control to manipulate your citizens and stimulate the economy will only cause more problems as it has been in the past.
