Julian Hernandez was reported missing by his mother in 2002, Julian who was 5years old at the time was suspected to have been taken by a non-custodian parent. Now 13 years later the Alabama mother was shocked to hear that her son who disappeared have been found; he was found with his father in Ohio.
Over the years, the Vestavia hills police have had many leads of where Julian might be but they always lead to a dead end every time. But recently, after the Authorites located and confirmed the child to be Julian, Julian's mother was contacted. Julian's Mum never gave up hope that her son would one day be found so you can imagine how she felt when she recieved the good news.
"The investigation came together when Julian who was doing well in school was looking for a college admission said Lt. Johnny Evans of the Vestavia hills police dept in Alabama."

Things kind of started coming together."
Julian's Father Bobby Hernandez was arrested and charged in Cuyahoga county court Ohio in connection with the abduction, police said. While Hernandez Attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment, Hernandez will face charges in Jefferson county Alabama, police said.
As for Julian, he is an adult now so it's up to him if he wants to come back to his mother or not.
